At GRIND, every bike is made to order, ensuring a personalized ride tailored to each rider's preferences and needs. Here's how you can place your order:
- Configurator: Use our online configurator to select your preferred pre-designed color scheme, gearing, wheels, component sizes, and any upgrades. The rest of the specifications in the build kit will be finalized by us, based on our expertise and your choices.
- Direct Contact: For more complex builds or custom paint schemes, please reach out to us directly via email. We'll guide you through the process, offering advice to help create your dream ride. These projects are priced individually, reflecting the complexity of your project.
Order Process
- Design consultation: We start by discussing and deciding on the paint design and component choices with you. Once you approve the final version, we move forward with creating your dream bike.
- Painting: After confirming your order, your bike frame is painted by our in-house painter to match your chosen design.
- Building: Once the painting is complete, our expert mechanics meticulously assemble your bike according to the specifications you've chosen.
Shipping
After assembly, your bike undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure everything is perfect before we ship it directly to you at no extra cost. We trust DPD for reliable delivery service.
Timeline
The entire process from order confirmation to delivery typically takes 6-8 weeks. We appreciate your patience and commitment during this period as we work to create your own GRIND.
