Coverage

GRIND frames are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Components naturally degrade over time due to normal use and wear. This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials which occurs inevitably with extended use.
  • Damage or Failure Due to Abuse, Misuse, or Neglect: This includes, but is not limited to, damage or failure from racing, stunt riding, accidents, and riding in conditions or uses for which the frame was not designed.
  • Improper Assembly or Maintenance: Frames damaged due to improper assembly or maintenance are not covered. This includes damage caused by a lack of routine maintenance.
  • Alteration or Modification: Any modifications or alterations made to the frame that affect its integrity or design will void this warranty.
  • Use Under Abnormal Conditions: This warranty does not cover defects, failures, or malfunctions that result from abnormal, excessive, or improper conditions or use.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly at info@grindcycles.com with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the process.

Limitation of Liability

GRIND shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the frame. The warranty provided herein is the exclusive remedy for the purchaser, and GRIND disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.
