Thank you for choosing GRIND. We pride ourselves on building bikes that are custom-made to each individual's specifications. Given the unique customization of each bike, our return and refund policy is tailored to ensure fairness and satisfaction.


Due to the custom-made nature of our bikes, we generally cannot accept returns. Each bike is uniquely built to order, making it personal to you. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or if the delivered product does not match your order specifications, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your bike to discuss the issue.


In cases where a product defect or discrepancy from the order specifications is confirmed, we will offer to correct the issue or provide a refund. Refunds for custom-made bikes are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and satisfaction. To qualify for a refund or correction, please provide proof of the discrepancy or defect.


Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the bike if a return is agreed upon due to a defect or discrepancy. We will cover the shipping costs for the corrected or replacement bike sent to you.

Customization Errors

Please review your customization selections carefully before placing your order. We are not able to offer refunds or returns for errors in customization selections made by the customer.
