I ordered the Grit frame and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before purchasing, I was able to test the bike in Kraków, which helped me choose the correct size (XS instead of S).
Designing my own paint job was very important to me — and it’s something that’s rarely offered elsewhere. I received clear, precise guidelines on what could and couldn’t be customized, chose my colors, and felt fully supported throughout the process. Communication was transparent at every stage, the timeframe was clearly communicated, and the frame arrived earlier than expected. When I opened the box, my jaw dropped — the paint was perfectly in line with what I had drawn. I’ve been riding the bike for over six months now, and it’s been flawless.

I ordered my road bike at the beginning of the year, and the entire experience has been nothing short of excellent. Communication throughout the process was clear, friendly, and professional — every question I had was answered quickly, and I always felt up to date on progress.

Krystian helped me choose the perfect color for the logo so that it tied in beautifully with the rest of the bike’s finish. That attention to detail really shows in the final product.

The brand guided me through every component choice and adjustment detail, so my Grind fits me perfectly and feels great to ride. It surprised me with its speed on the flats, smoothness on rough terrain and amazing responsiveness. This bike makes every kilometre a pleasure, rediscovering the fun of exploring while also performing well when things get faster.

I wanted a custom painted frame inspired by Metallica Ride The Lightning album and am very happy with end result. Paint looks great and no issues with quality of paintjob so far. Whole process of order was very smooth with possiblity to incorporate some parts not available in Grind builder directly (e.g. tyres and handlebar). So far I did around 4,000 km on my GR1ST and had no mechanical or other issues, thus build quality is super good. During order I also received help with components selection to fit my riding style and I did no adjustments after shipment: no bike fitting was needed :)

An incredible bike that goes absolutely anywhere. Krystian was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole configuration and ordering process – patient, knowledgeable, and always ready to recommend the best solutions. From the first contact to delivery, everything was handled with top-level professionalism. After a few hundred kilometers, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Hello, before i start my review a short summary. The GRIND GR1ST and everything around it, is perfect!

I built the bike with Grind LAB, after my submit, Krystian reached out to me and checked if everything i ordered is right and my special requests are worked thru. I am from Germany, so GRIND needed to offer me a bank transfer who worked for me, this was done in one Mail - easy as everything else! After a month of building i asked for an Update, they told me my Bike will be packed in one day. A week later i got the bike, deliverd by my Postman. It was packed in a big box, every part was covered in styrofoam. It was packed really well! Then i had to mount the seatpost, the wheels, the handlbars and the pedals. Also very easy, on every part is a scale for torque, also they sent carbon past und grease.

Right now i have the bike for 6 months. No problems at all. Its an eye catcher! It rides great, the parts are top tier. The frame and fork are very good processed. The paint job is fantastic, just look at the pictures. I ride loops with 30-50 kilometers, on the weekend 100 kilometers and the ride feeling is so perfect. Its comfortable in hard situations and also very stiff and lightweight on the streets and hills. I think the bike will be by my side forever.

Without a doubt, i recommend GRIND! Keep up the good work and built many more bikes. Also the service is an important point for me and it was top tier. I'm really happy with the bike and everthing around it.

Nie jest to mój pierwszy gravel ani jedyny, ale stanowczo ulubiony. Dzięki zaangażowaniu Krystiana na etapie konfiguracji mam rower który uwielbiam, jest mi na nim wygodnie i po przejechanych ok. 6 tysiącach kmów nie wymyśliłam jeszcze ani jednej rzeczy, którą chciałabym w nim zmienić :)

To są pierwsze słowa które się nasuwają, kiedy patrzę na swojego GR1ST-a w wersji Burnt Orange, którego mam mega satysfakcję używać od roku. Po przejechaniu blisko 6 tysięcy kilometrów ilekroć wsiadam na ten rower to cieszy mi się gęba i czuję taką spójność z tym rowerem, bo wiem że jest zbudowany od A do Z tak jak sobie wymarzyłem i tak jak potrzebowałem, a ogrom wiedzy i doświadczenia Krystiana, który doradził w kwestiach detali i komponentów, a finalnie go dla mnie zbudował, dodał temu projektowi dodatkowego sznytu i kropki nad I.

Jestem pod wielkim wrażeniem tego jak ten rower jest niezawodny, niezależnie czy tarzam się nim po leśnych szutrach pełnych kamieni, gałęzi i błota, czy pędzę po dywanie asfaltowym i ścigam się z samym sobą o szybsze kilometry. Jest genialny zarówno na szybkie 50 km po pracy, na 100 km w letnie popołudnie i na weekendowe 150 km podczas odkrywania nowych miejsc. I wszystko na to wskazuje, że równie dobrze w przyszłości sprawdzi się na 200 km i 250 km, a i kilkudniowe eskapady bikepackingowe mu będą nie straszne 🤝

Ogromnie polecam i jestem mega dumny, że takie rowery powstają i że tworzą ją ludzie z szczerą pasją !

GRIND GR1ST to mój pierwszy rower gravelowy. Wiedziałam, że będę chciała jeździć nim na kawkę i eksplorować wszelakiego rodzaju szutropodobne nawierzchnie. Moja sztormówka (storm but safe) jest mała (idealna na moje 159 cm wzrostu), zwrotna, zwinna i bardzo wytrzymała (sumiennie to sprawdziłam na niejednej ustawce). Zwiedziłyśmy już razem strumyki, liczne błotne bajora, setki podjazdów i dużo kawiarni speciality. I zwiedzimy jeszcze więcej! Polecam tę maszynę w ciemno - wjedzie wszędzie, podjedzie wszystko i da maksymalną frajdę i satysfakcję na każdej trasie.

Największym atutem marki Grind jest możliwość pełnej personalizacji roweru – od wyboru napędu i przełożeń po customowe malowanie. Krystian poświęcił kilka dobrych godzin na rozmowy ze mną, żeby dopasować wszystko idealnie do moich potrzeb i oczekiwań.

Co warto podkreślić, w przeciwieństwie do dużych marek, rower od Grinda przychodzi w pełni gotowy do jazdy. Wszystko jest starannie złożone, nic nie wymaga serwisowania ani wymiany – od razu można grindować.

Po przejechanych około 800 km wszystko działa idealnie, także szczerze każdemu polecam.

Ze względu na mój niski wzrost (160 cm) od zawsze miałam trudności ze znalezieniem roweru, który od razu po zakupie byłby gotowy do jazdy – bez konieczności wymiany komponentów, które zazwyczaj okazują się zbyt duże lub niedopasowane. Proces zamawiania roweru w Grindzie był wyjątkowo prosty. Ekipa doradziła mi indywidualnie, jakie rozwiązania będą dla mnie najkorzystniejsze, aby rower był jak najbardziej wygodny od razu po wyjęciu z pudełka.
