Meet the ARC

Aero Race Concept™

GRIND ARC was designed to be a versatile performance-oriented road bike. Aero optimized and lightweight, with stiffness, compliance, and progressive geometry for a modern riding position.

It delivers aero advantages on flats, sprints, and rolling climbs, while remaining light and responsive on steeper ascents. ARC blurs the line between aero and climbing bikes, making it one bike to race them both.

At its heart is a lightweight carbon frame with modern standards, including 32 mm tire clearance, UDH for 1x road setups, T47 bottom bracket, integrated aero handlebar, and seatpost, optimizing it for real-world conditions.

Configure

  • Aero Carbon Frame

Lightweight, aero-optimized carbon frame with modern, race-focused geometry. Manufactured using T1100 carbon fiber.

  • 32 mm Tire Clearance

Aero doesn’t mean skinny anymore. The ARC fits tires up to 32 mm, allowing for a fast and efficient setup in real-world riding conditions.

  • T47 Bottom Bracket

Threaded T47 bottom bracket with internal bearings for high stiffness, strong power transfer, and long-term durability.

  • Carbon Integrated Handlebar

Fully internal carbon handlebar with a slightly longer reach and a shallower drop, helping you stay in an aero position for longer.

  • Aero Seatpost

D-shaped aero seatpost with zero offset, designed to support a modern, forward riding position.

  • Universal Derailleur Hanger

Ensures easy maintenance, future compatibility, and works seamlessly with SRAM T-Type rear derailleurs.

FAQ

What's included with the frameset?

Everything you need to start building your bike is included. With the frameset, you get:

  • Frame, fork, seatpost, handlebar, computer mount
  • Headset
  • Thru axles
  • All required accessories, including spacers, cable stops, guides, and mounts for different groupsets

Do you offer bike fitting or sizing consultation?

Yes. We work with our local bike fitter, Łukasz Kot from Bidon.cc in Tarnów, who offers both sizing consultations and full bike fitting. For general sizing recommendations, you can also check our Size Guide.

Is it possible to have a more complex paint design?

Yes. All of our bikes are custom painted, and we can create more complex designs with special effects, extra graphics, and multiple colors. Since each project varies in complexity and time required, we provide a quote after hearing more about your idea.

Can you choose parts outside the GrindLab?

Yes. Every bike we build is custom, and we can work with parts from a wide range of manufacturers, including niche options. GrindLab only shows the most popular and trusted parts to give you inspiration and an idea of pricing. If you have something specific in mind or want a fully custom build, just get in touch with us via email or the contact form.

How much does a complete ARC build weigh?

The final weight depends on the component selection. With top-tier parts from GrindLab, you can build the ARC below 7 kg, for example with SRAM Red and Scope Artech wheels. Mid-tier setups, such as SRAM Force with Scope R-Series wheels, come in at around 7.5 kg. With more affordable components, you can expect a complete build to be closer to 8 kg.

How long do I have to wait for my bike?

All of our builds and painting are made to order, so it takes a little time, usually 6-8 weeks. Sometimes it’s faster, but never longer. We promise, it’s worth the wait!

Where are the frames manufactured?

Our frames are made in China at well-established, trusted, and high-quality factories (Carbonda, TanTan). The painting and final assembly are done locally here in Poland.

What bearings are used for the headset?

The ARC headset uses IS52 bearings both top and bottom. The bearing dimensions are 40x52x7 mm (45x45°).

What's the tire clearance?

The ARC has a tire clearance of up to 700x32.

What is the seatpost offset?

The ARC is available only with a dedicated 0 mm offset seatpost. This supports a modern, forward aero riding position.

Is it possible to use 140 mm rotors?

Yes. The ARC can used both 140 mm and 160 mm rotors.

Is it possible to use a mechanical groupset on the ARC?

Yes, it’s possible. That said, we usually recommend using electronic groupsets. The ARC is fully integrated, and a mechanical setup can make assembly and maintenance trickier, and performance less smooth.

Are the logos painted or decals?

By default, all of our logos are painted. If you want a special effect like chrome, brushed steel, or very small, intricate graphics that can’t be painted, just let us know and we can make it happen.
